Antenova M200xx RF Antenna Modules
Antenova M200xx RF Antenna Modules are smallest low profile surface mount fully integrated Media Tek based GPS RF antenna modules suitable for GPS systems. The antenna-modules receivers are integrated using MT3337 ROM chip for M20048 RF antenna modules and MT3333 flash chip for M20050 RF antenna modules. These chips provide GPS and GNSS receiver for optimum performance completely. The M200xx modules operate at a supply voltage range of 2.8V to 4.2V saving the power with low power consumption and several low power modes.
